LVL-Stroyproekt offers wooden frame houses from 45 to 250 sq. m. built by frame-panel technology. Houses with the area of 65, 80, 130, 160, and 190 sq. m are basic variants. It is possible to order a frame structure of an individual design. The annual capacity of industrial production of frame-panel houses is up to 100 thousand sq. m of ready houses.
In 2007, the term of production of a complete set for a house will constitute three to five days. In case of a complex order the term changes: up to 15 complete sets per month. Terms of construction are determined on the basis of the level of labour intensity and the number of workers involved in the project.
Upon completion of an architectural and working lay-out designs, the following items are manufactured at the plant:
— sets of elements for outer walls and internal partitions,
— elements of frontons,
— elements of floors and roof structures.
The cost of a set of elements for a building is from 12,500 rubles per sq. m. The cost of a ready house (turn-key) is from 20,000 rubles per sq. m.
Documents for a house:
— technical passport;
— statement for completion;
— conformity certificates and hygienic conclusions for main materials;
— basement plan;
— assembly manual.
