Basement
The most important and labour consuming stage of construction is making a basement. Thanks to light weight of frame houses (5-6 times lighter than houses made of bricks), they do not need a massive basement and therefore reduce the total cost of buildings and the terms of construction. A basement may be a monolith or column structure.
Walls
The supporting base of walls is a frame of LVL and dry planed timber. Frame walls stand out for cost-effectiveness and light weight: it takes1,5-2 times less wood to construct them, compared to houses made of logs or beams, while use of an efficient heat insulation material makes frame walls twice lighter than walls made by other technologies. Frame walls are not subject to shrinkage and may be finished right after assembly.
Finishing and paneling
External and internal sides of walls are covered with LVL panels. The inner space of outer walls is filled with heat insulation. Additional filling with insulation of internal partitions allows to reduce heat losses, increase sound insulation and preserve a microclimate in each particular room. Internal finishing is made with plaster slab fixed to the frame after steam protective film: the latter prevents heat insulation material and wood structures from dampening. There are no restrictions for frame walls finishing (painting, siding, cement and sand plates, façade plaster, brick, heat insulation panels, blockhouse, etc.).
