Frame housebuilding equipment for LVL-Ugra (Ugra Timber Holding member company) has been delivered to Nyagan.
According to the Director of LVL-Stroyproekt (Ugra Timber Holding member company engaged in frame housebuilding) Nikolay Gordeev, Homag GUS production equipment is currently passing customs inspection. "Customs procedures will take about a week, after which – around February 15 – start-up technicians from Homag GUS will come to the mill for installation of the equipment and start-up of production process. Pursuant to the contract, the start-and-adjustment process will last 41 day", - says N. Gordeev.
As mentioned earlier, for the frame housebuilding project Ugra Timber Holding attracted a loan from Khanty-Mansyisk Bank in the amount of 121.5 million rubles. The planned output of the mill is 80 thousand square meters of residential spaces per year. The preliminary payback period of the project is approximately four years.
At the present time, the Holding has a number of requests for construction of frame houses in the Sovetsky Region and Nyagan.
Ugra Timber Holding was established in February 2004 upon the initiative of the Government of KhMAR holding 100% shares of the company. The Holding comprises such mills as LVL-Ugra, Ugra Saw Mills, LVL-Stroyproekt and Ugratransservice.
