Materials coming into the sawing shop answer the requirements of national standards
GOSTs and technical standards documentation:
GOST 26002-83 — “Softwood timber for export. Northern grade. Technical specification”
GOST 8486 — “Softwood timber. Technical specification”
ÒÎ 04 – 01 – 04 — “Molded wooden details (softwood) for construction”
Moisture content of timber under treatment is 10 ± 2% or is specified by the consumer. Raw stock for molded detail is treated in compliance with technological mode RP 04 - 01 – 04 “Timber milling at four-side plane-milling machines”.
Other requirements to sawn timber quality are specified depending on the purpose of further use of the products.
