Products manufactured by “LVL-Ugra” answer all the requirements of world standards related to structural materials. The mill possesses necessary international licenses and certificates, the list of which is constantly expanding, as well as documentation confirming stability of LVL beams properties.
A quality control system is active at the mill for controlling physical and mechanical properties of LVL beams to comply with European and North-American standards. Regular expertise is conducted by a Finnish state research centre VTT, which is accredited for such activities in the territory of EU countries. On the basis of VTT expert advice, Ugra Timber Holding has obtained the international certificate ÑÅ (EC — Certificate of conformity), which allows to mark LVL beams UGRA with ÑÅ sign (Certificated for Europe).
ÑÅ marking is a European guarantee of:
- LVL production control;
- Perfect quality of all materials;
- Independent quality control assessment.
The European certificate confirms stability of strength properties of LVL as a construction material.
