Package
“LVL-Ugra” pays special attention to package, which is able to preserve the products well. Packs are prepared in accordance with the requirements of GOST 19041 and GOST 21100.
Pack dimensions do not exceed:
- In open wagon: width — 1300 mm, height — 585 mm, length — 12600 mm;
- In box wagon: width — 600-1800 mm, height — 585 mm, length — 2500-3100 mm;
- At platform: width — 1350 mm, height — 585 mm, length — 13000 mm.
To protect packs from unfriendly environment and dirt, stretch plastic is used during delivery process (thickness 25 mm, roll width 500 mm, edges — thickness 60 micron, roll width 800 mm). The packs are automatically wrapped into plastic.
Packs of LVL are formed with use of metal straps (width 19 mm, thickness 0,6 mm) with varnished surface. Breaking strength — 912 kg, which exceed specification requirements (60 kg/ńm ). Safety corners — cardboard, aluminized, not less than 6 mm thick; flange width— 60 mm.
Number of straps is equal to number of pallets:
- in 4 m packs — 2 straps
- in packs from 4 m to 5,5 m long — 3 straps
- in packs longer than 5,5 m – 4 straps
Depending on length of the packs, outer pallets are situated 300 to 900 mm from pack edges, others — evenly along the pack.
For convenience during delivery, each pack bears a label with number of order, volume (m ), number of pieces and weight (kg/ton), as well as type of product, manufacturing date, and controllers.
Delivery
One of the competitive advantages of “LVL-Ugra” is a well elaborated logistics scheme of LVL supply to foreign and domestic markets, ensuring quick and convenient delivery of the product to customers.
The mill dispatches LVL beams directly from its warehouse equipped with gantry cranes (10 ton lifting capacity).
LVL deliveries can be made by motor or railway transport.
Loading of packs to all types of transport facilities is done with use of gentle fabric belt cords.
Delivery by road is made in trucks with maximum loading capacity up to 38-40 m3 , or 20 minimal sizes of packs 600 mm wide, 225 mm high, and 2500 mm long. Maximum pack sizes are: width 1200 m, height 585 mm, length 13200-13400 mm. Minimal weight of a pack is 1,8 ton; maximum — 4,9 ton.
In the nearest future, the company is going to use for deliveries a 16300 mm long truck for beams with length up to 16000 mm. The planned turnover is twice a month, the tonnage is not more than 20 ton.
Deliveries take 5-7 days by federal motorway Nyagan — Khanty-Mansiysk — Tyumen to Saint Petersburg, Finland, Moscow, Vladimir, Chelyabinsk, etc. Cost of delivery: Saint Petersburg— 55 000 rub., Moscow — 50 000 rub., Vladimir — 45 000 rub., Chelyabinsk— 31 000 rub.
Delivery by railway is made:
- in open wagons with maximum load capacity up to 77 m3 with use of the full length of wagons 12600 mm and width 2640 mm. Total weight of load is up to 41 ton. Minimal pack dimensions: height 225 mm, width 600 mm, length 2500 mm. Weight of a pack — 1,8 ton. Maximum pack sizes: height — 585 mm, width — 1200 mm, length — 12600 mm. Weight of a pack – 4,6 ton. Period of delivery — 10-12 days.
- in box wagons with two doors (broadened doorway), maximum load capacity is 77-82 m when the pack length is 2500 mm and 3000-3100 mm, height — 585 mm, width — 600-1800 mm. Weight of a pack : 1,37 ton and 1,64 ton. The total weight is 41-43 ton. Loading and unloading works are done automatically. Period of delivery to Saint Petersburg and Moscow is 10-12 days.
